Eager to share the Auberge Basque’s new lifestyle concept, Marion and Cédric Béchade have created a series of special moments that allow you to step out of time. The idea is to enable anyone who so desires to take a pleasant and authentic break at different points of the day – for Breakfast, Brunch or a Country Lunch. And now Marion and Cédric have gone one step further, with the addition of their cosy Afternoon Teas.

The armchairs in the Concha lounge are round and enveloping, just like their namesake beach in San Sébastien. Settle in and chill out for tea time in his light and cosy flower-filled bower. Choose from a selection of delicious pastries and a range of teas carefully selected by Marion Béchade from Brazilian-born Marion Costoro at Maison Deuza in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
Cédric Béchade’s exclusive gourmet brunches feature a wide selection of quality ingredients and combine typical brunch dishes with more original recipes. Served from 11.30 am to 2 pm, you are free to enjoy this meal as either a late breakfast or a relaxed lunch.
This comforting, homely meal includes hot and cold dishes and sweet and savoury recipes.
