The same high-quality products are offered at accessible prices, in a timeless “living space” that is close to everything and in the heart of the Basque Country.

The values of Michelin-starred Chef Cédric Béchade from L’Auberge Basque extend with a new offer: Le Café Basque, which is chic, laid-back, gastronomic, convivial, and energetic!

Since 2007, this lively place has been animated throughout the day, with the classics of Basque cuisine being personalized with respect and originality, always enhancing local and seasonal products, such as Basque-style farm egg with blood sausage, Piperade from G7 in Biarritz, cappuccino of Madiran blonde mushrooms, Herriko veal tartare scented with hay, trout gravlax with piquillo sorbet, roasted monkfish with cuttlefish ink, “al salto” risotto with farmhouse sheep’s cheese, floating island with hazelnuts from Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, Basque cider Tarte Tatin, and more.

A menu of shareable dishes (arbéquine olive cream waffle, Basque croque, corn & smoked sturgeon croquettes) is available during aperitif time.
The menu breaks away from standard norms, allowing you to taste, share, discover, and choose your meal with complete freedom. The portions are balanced and complementary so that each guest can personalize their choices and meal for their well-being.
