We are delighted to welcome you to our establishment, where fine dining and hospitality come together. Here are our opening hours and closing dates.
Restaurant closing days and times
Closed on Mondays throughout the year
- “Café Basque” lunch:
6 days a week from April to October
November to March: Open Thursday to Sunday
- 5-course “Culinary Journey” dinner:
November to March: Open Thursday to Sunday
April to October 5 days a week: Open Tuesday to Saturday
Room service & tapas menu available to order and at the bar all day
Our bar is open from 8:00 a.m. until the restaurant closes, depending on business.

December 22 to 25, 2025 inclusive
Auberge Basque opening hours
Restaurant :
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Café Basque :
Open Thursday through Saturday for lunch only, then Sunday for lunch and dinner during restaurant hours
Reception :
9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
