During their last trip to Tokyo for l'Auberge Basque
Gastronomical week at Chez Benoit Cédric and
Samuel met and became friends with Yoshi one of
the most promising young Chef in japan with his famous
two table restaurant.
So on his way to Pampelona for the Vegetable Congress
he did stop with his wife for 24 hours at l'Auberge.
Within the next few months Yoshi will come back to
l'Auberge for one week to team with Cédric in his kitchen!!!

l’Auberge winelist.
