Until five years ago, and for two generations, L’Auberge Basque
is a well-kept bed and breakfast under the same family,
who owned the property since 1672 and always maintained
a tradition of hospitality and generosity.

When Cédric falls in love with it and proposes to buy it and turn
it into the inn of his dreams, the three proprietresses understand
that he will continue the tradition and so accept.

Now, as neighbors, they have become friends, and one or the other
of them comes by almost every day to talk with Cédric and his team,
help in the garden, or suggest a little walk in the surrounding hills,
among the Pottok ponies that run wild.
Their kindness is always a delight!
